Marware EcoVue New iPad Case Review
Marware has given us their latest collection of protective new iPad cases. We tried all of them on both our 3rd generation iPad as well as the iPad 2 and each cover fits perfectly well. This time, we are reviewing the EcoVue case which provides solid protection to your tablet.

Features
Marware’s EcoVue includes a number of well-designed features. First, it has the automatic sleep/wake function every time you open and close the leather cover. There is an easy access on all iPad’s functions and controls. Inside the case, there is also a small tab to secure the iPad in place. A wide hand strap is intended for a steadier grip while the elastic strap found nearby is to prevent the cover from swinging back and forth.
There are thin rubber strips on both side edges allowing the case to become a sturdy viewing stand. It also has a fold-away flap to transform it into a low-angle typing stand which is great forcomposing emails or documents. A stylus slot is provided on the edge so you can bring a pen with you anywhere with your iPad. However, just remember to remove it because you can’t use the viewing stand with the stylus on.
Materials
EcoVue from Marware has an eco-leather exterior. This means that the process in making this case is safer and more environment-friendly than other leather cases. It also boasts a soft microsuede interior that prevents further scratches on your device.

What We Love
We like the EcoVue case as it offers solid defense to your iPad. It’s also good to note that the process of making the leather cover is less harmful to the environment compared to other leather cases. EcoVue also provides two useful stands – the horizontal viewing stand which is great for watching videos; and the typing stand for emails and letters.Furthermore, the integrated hand and elastic straps add more security in grasping your iPad better.
What We Dislike
There is only one thing that we didn’t find acceptable. The hinge is not properly constructed so you need to align the cover for the sleep/wake function to work correctly.
Verdict
EcoVue is another great case from Marware. It provides numerous functions that have been cleverly designed for you to maximize the use of both the case and your device.
