This thin, minimalist leather case offers a full coverage to the new iPad. It has both front and back protection to your device. It also displays straightand beautifully sewn stitches. The cover also features the magnetic closure that does not only keep your iPad more secure inside but extends its battery life at the same time. It automatically wakes your iPad up and puts it to sleep when you open and close the cover. It helps you save your battery for longer iPad use. There are also nice cutouts for the volume controls, on and off buttons, headphone jack, front and back cameras, dock connector and speakers at the back. The front cover also transforms into both viewing and typing angles so you can enjoy doing your iPad activities even more.
Materials
Only the finest genuine leather is used to make the Magnetic Florence. The exterior of this new iPad case has a glossy leather finish and it also has a soft velvet interior that includes a protective layer. There is also a Velcro closure system to secure your iPad inside. From the materials used down to the stitching quality, it is evident that this is a quality case.

What we love
We definitely adore the materials that Sena used to create this cover. The magnetic closure is a great battery life saver which allows us to use the new iPad for a longer time. The velvet lining feels extremely soft to touch and it even includes a protective layer that adds further defense. The ports and controls are also easily accessible since the cutouts are accurate and quite wide. Another great feature is its stand which offers two alternate positions. But the best thing about this case is the quality of work given in making each one. We love the fact that each case is individually handcrafted.
What we dislike
The thing that we weren’t very crazy about is the raised and loose fitting of the border near the home button and the front camera. But perhaps it will have a snug feel after using it for a while. There’s also a tendency to leave the border mark on the velvet interior. Just don’t forget to clean or wipe it once in a while.
Verdict
The Magnetic Florence from Sena is undoubtedly a beautiful leather case. The quality of work is evident in each cover as it is carefully and individually handmade. Although it has a couple of minor drawbacks, this case has more useful functions to offer.
