Targus, one of the leading and most trusted manufacturers of superior cases and accessories, has recently launched its newest line of protective cases for the new iPad.

If you want complete protection without breaking the bank, Simply Basic Cover is the right one for you. The new iPad will be safe and protected as the interior is lined with soft-touch material that will prevent scratches. The water-resistant cover keeps away any liquid from getting through. You can easily wipe off the water without causing any damage to your device. The closing tab on top of the case securely holds the new iPad in place. This simple, new iPad case also offers a magnetic on/off feature and an easy access to all ports and buttons.

The only drawback we see is that some cases has their magnets not working as it needs realignment.

Anyway, Targus Simply Basic Cover is available for only $29.99 in stores like Best Buy and Staples. It comes in blue, black, gray and orange. You can save 17%, or a $5.04 discount, when you purchase this case on Amazon ($24.95).

Yeah, you are right about the magnets – there is only one actually and it does absolutely nothing at all on my iPad 4G. This one is going back for full refund I’m afraid…
